With soaring wood ceilings, a chef's kitchen, and spectacular views, the Main level at Knobbyshire Farm is a unique getaway that feels both warm and luxurious. After a day of hiking, skiing, or kayaking, lounge on the deck while sipping local wines and watching the wildlife around our 23-acre farm. A separate loft unit is also available. The space ** PLEASE read entire description before booking** The Main Level at Knobbyshire Farm is an 1100 square foot, two-bedroom private luxury unit with with a spacious private deck, a cozy front porch, a huge designer kitchen, and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The Main Level unit sits in a three level Barn home. The upper level is another luxury listing called the Loft that can be booked as well as the main level. The basement level is not available for booking. The farm will also have other guests enjoying the walks in the pasture, the creek, fire pits, and horse shoe pits. But your unit is private and completely. separate from the Loft. The road to our property is only a few hundred feet from the main road, but it is still quite bumpy and will require a sturdy vehicle. Winter months will require a 4 wheel drive vehicle to handle the possible snow. Please note that we, as well as our neighbors, have farm animals who may crow, bleat, or moo in the early morning hours. During hunting season, you may hear loud gunfire from the shooting range behind the rescue squad. The sound is startling, but the range is pointed in the opposite direction so is safe for us and our guests. Remember that this property is a farm and we will need to work on it which means you may hear tractors, mowers, and other and farm equipment during the daylight hours. Guest access There is a front porch area designated for Main Level guests only. Guests will have access to this left side of the porch and the entire space of the Main level. Guests can roam the farm as long as they stay within our property lines and avoid crossing into the neighbor’s land (marked with a single wire fencing.) Main level guests will have access to the fire pit, horse shoe pits, corn hole, and other back yard games. Other things to note House rules: Two car maximum No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No firearms or weapons of any kind No pets Absolutely no parties No cutting wood from our trees
