Our place [Sabay Room] is located next to MRT Sam Yot exit.2 (Metro Blue Line), just 100 meters away. It's convenient for travel and situated in the heart of Bangkok's Old Town **Self Check-in method : We will send you the Keybox code starting at 2:00 PM on your check-in day. No Staff (inform us of your arrival time) This is a private studio, and no one else will have access to your room. It’s an individual unit within the apartment building, located on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator. The space Sabay Room MRT Sam Yot Studio Room is 3.8 x 8.7 m = 33 m2. Situated on 6th floor. (There is an elevator.) - 6 foot king size bed with very comfy - Linen, blankets and towels will be provided. (changed every check in) - Inverter type air conditioner, brand new, Central Air 24,000btu - Private Wifi - 43" Smart TV Toshiba - Private bathroom with hot water shower. (Small Bathroom 1.07 m x 1.8m) - Body Soap / Shampoo - hair dryer - Sofa - Wardrobe+hanger Kitchen Zone - Refrigerator with freezer compartment - Cooker hood - Electric stove - Rice cooker - Microwave - Toaster - Coffee maker - Tableware set - Cutting board and kitchen knife - Dining table, 4 seats - Washing machine (Electrolux 8kg.) CCTV outside the room (in front of the elevator exit) **NO SMOKING in the room (Please smoke at balcony only) **NO PETS ALLOWED **NO PARKING (Motorcycle parking is free, but car parking costs 40 THB per hour.) The fare is around 350-550 THB) Our room is just 100 meters from MRT Sam Yot, Exit 2. Please inform us of your arrival time in advance. ---------------------------- # Airport transfer service available – 800 THB per trip. # Pattaya transfer – 1,500 THB per trip. Please inform us at least 2–3 days in advance to arrange the service. (4-seater car) Other things to note **Self Check-in method : We will send you the Keybox code starting at 2:00 PM on your check-in day. (a Keybox located at the room's door.) Please note that if you arrive before the check-in time, you will not be able to leave your luggage or access the room, as we need to wait for the previous guest to check out at 11:00 AM and for housekeeping to finish cleaning by 2:00 PM. However, I can allow you to drop off your luggage during the cleaning period starting at 11:00 AM. Please inform us at least one day in advance.
