A newly renovated Studio room with 1 super comfy king-bed size, ensuite bathroom, mini pantry area with microwave and refrigerator. Only 450 meters to BTS Sanam Pao and 650 meters to BTS Ari. ** Kindly read "Other Things to Note" and "House Rules" sections before you make a reservation :) The space The room is apx. 25 sq.m., a comfortable studio room on the 4th floor of TK House. The apartment is a low-rise residential, NO elevator, building located in a quiet street. The room is very new and luxurious, consisting of king-size bed, dressing area, 32" TV, a mini pantry (refrigerator, microwave and utensils), in-room WiFi Hi-Speed internet, and private balcony. Guest access The key will be provided when check-in and guests can access the building at your own convenient. 24-hours security CCTVs are in place in the public areas. Other things to note - To facilitate check-in process, kindly prepare and give to us a copy of your passport page when check-in or else we will have to take the liberty in taking a photo of your passport. Please be assured that this will be kept as a confidential document and will only be used for security reason as required by the Immigration Bureau (For more info, please visit Thailand Immigration website and click Notification of residence of foreigners). - This listing is on the 4th floor. There is NO elevator in the building and no staff to help lifting luggages. Guests need to take care of themselves. - Our property is not a hotel but an apartment. Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. Anyhow, if you really need a cleaning, please do not hesitate to let us know. - We provide welcoming drinks 2 bottles of drinking water only on your first day of arrival. - The air conditioner should be turned off at all time when you go outside. In case we know that the A/C is on when you are away, we will take the liberty to enter the room to turn off the A/C for you. - Complimentary laundry service will only be provided for a minimum stay of 2 nights and will NOT be provided on the check-out date. Laundry should be sent to us at the laundry shop before 10am. We provide a complimentary of 8 pieces per day. Extra piece will be charged at 30baht per piece for normal cleaning. - My kid is a special kid and allergic to animal furs, therefore we are unable to accommodate serviced animals/pets. - Although our place is not a hotel, we use premium bed set and towels. They are expensive. Guests please be careful when using especially hair color. Please see the list of charge for each item for your reference in the House Manual.
