We are committed to making your vacation spectacular! The space This custom-built hardwood villa is a lower unit, with its own air conditioned bedroom & outdoor kitchen and living space. You are steps away from the lush, tropical gardens and 50 meters from the surf at the quiet Playa Negra beach. The villa sleeps 2 people, and the bed can be split into two twins or one king. It is fully-equipped with the following: - Full bathroom, stocked with bath and beach towels - Internet and Wi-Fi (Fiber Optic!) - Fully-equipped kitchen - Clean, Filtered Drinking Water with our Ecofilter System in the kitchen - Private parking Please note - While we have made improvements to address sound from the upper unit, you may at times hear movement from guests upstairs. Guest access Guests will have full access to their reserved Villa. This property houses 5 Villas in which guests may encounter one another. Enjoy the shared garden spaces and beachfront area.
