This waterfront house is on a quiet, dead end street. 4 miles from Casey Key & Nokomis Beach. All living space is on one floor. It was fully renovated in January 2023. The back yard is fenced and private. Behind the house is a canal that leads out to Dona Bay. Weber grill is available. Brand new, screened in sun porch features a 6 person sectional, propane firepit, dining table and 65" Samsung television. Come and relax for a long weekend or a season! The space The house is well decorated. There is a flat screen television with Dish Network and Netflix activated as well as a DVD player. There is a 65” Samsung Terrace television and a very comfy sectional on the newly furnished, fully screened sunporch. Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor of the house. Owner has an attached suite upstairs with separate, outside entrance and will not share any of the downstairs space with guests. Other things to note We LOVE pets and we are pet friendly but we ask you to notify us up front if you plan on bringing your pet. We accept a maximum of two pets. We do not accept pets that are aggressive or destructive. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and we ask you to keep in mind that we have a fully screened in sunporch. So, you will need to determine whether your pet is a good fit. We recommend keeping your pet in a crate if you leave it in the house unattended. By bringing your pet, you agree to be responsible for any damage it causes.
