A private beach access is available just across the street from the home! With on-site parking for 3 vehicles—plus 6 complimentary adult bikes—exploring the local shops, dining spots, and entertainment of nearby Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach is a breeze. Grab a bite to eat and a cup of coffee at Seacrest Sundries, the local grocery store, before spending the day wandering through Seacrest’s shops and riding bikes along the Timpoochee Trail. Tranquility on the Beach- Private Beach Access across the street from the home. Gate code found in Welcome Guide. 2. Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive, just a 2 minute walk from the home. A short boardwalk leads to a dune walkover high atop a bluff overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 3. Gulf Lakes Access is a South Walton County beach access (.5 mile east of the home). Small access that can be easily missed. Parking not available but easy bike ride to the beach. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, patio, and backyard while staying on-site. There are three driveway parking spaces. Home is located in Seacrest. Other things to note IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app. *Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
