It includes a sofa bed (accommodating a 5th guest), an armchair, and a dining set perfect for sharing meals. The room opens directly onto a private garden area, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine. It is stocked with all the necessary crockery and utensils for a seamless self-catering experience. Bedrooms: The apartment features 2 comfortable bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, Smart Tv with Netflix, and ample storage space. Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds. Bathroom: A clean, functional bathroom featuring a large sink, walk-in shower, and a washing machine for your convenience. Community Amenities: Carolina Park is a classic Marbella complex. Guests have access to a large communal swimming pool (seasonal), a tennis court, expansive gardens, and 24h security. Note: Community parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available nearby. Points of Interest: Beach & Trocadero/Lobito de Mar: 4–5 min walk. Marbella Club Hotel: 2 min drive. Puente Romano/Nobu: 4 min drive. Puerto Banús: 6–7 min drive. Guest access Check-in: This property offers an in-person check-in starting at 4:00 Pm. Please coordinate your arrival 24h in advance. Check-out: Departure is before 11:00 Am. Other things to note House Rules: No smoking and no pets allowed. No groups of teenagers (minimum age of 25 for the primary guest). No parties or events allowed. Quiet Hours: To ensure the tranquility of the community, quiet hours are observed from 8:00 Pm to 8:00 Am. Linens & Cleaning: Bed sheets, towels, and hygiene products are included. Beach towels are not provided. Laundry: The unit is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities. Pool: Open seasonally (usually May–October). Please confirm availability for your specific dates, as opening times may be affected by drought restrictions. Guest access We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there are two options available for check-in. There is an additional charge of 40€ after 9 pm until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25€. *Crib available upon request at additional cost *Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels. *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour. *Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost. * The pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check the availability of the pool for the chosen dates. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
