Only a few minutes to the beach🌅, restaurants & shops. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or long-term guests looking for comfort & a top location. The space The property is located in a building with several units. We have no influence on this if, for example, the neighbors are a little louder, as long as they adhere to the normal quiet times. Furthermore, we must point out that the property is located in Thailand and the construction quality cannot be compared with European standards or other countries. For example, in the event of a lot of rain or other circumstances, odors may escape from the drains, or the windows may be of inferior quality and insects may enter the apartment. We have hot water appliances everywhere, but it happens that due to pressure fluctuations on the water pipes, the water is not always as warm as usual or always evenly distributed as in other countries. Furthermore, we are here on an island and it sometimes happens that there is no electricity for several hours from the supply system, which we unfortunately have no influence over. If there are common areas such as pool, tennis, stairwells, gym, etc., then we can unfortunately not take any responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance condition here and draw attention to the fact that both often do not meet the requirements from Europe or other countries. All this does not have to happen during your visit, we just want to draw attention to the fact that it can happen and if something in this direction should arrive, this should unfortunately not be a reason for a bad rating. Other things to note Electricity and water are billed according to consumption. Electricity is charged at 6 THB / KW, water 65 THB / cbm after reading the meters. If necessary, we collect a 150 THB deposit per day in advance for consumption when you move in. It is only cleaned when moving out. You can always book a cleaning with us for 1,200 THB including fresh sheets and fresh towels with 1 day's notice. If you need a scooter or a car, please write us a message, then we will arrange it for you, including arrange delivery for you. If you need a transfer from the airport, we can arrange it for you. We would need the order and payment at least 24 hours before arrival. The cost is 650 THB.
