Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. • Hot Tub: The hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. • Landscaping: Is done once a week. • Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. • House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. • Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable. • Lake: The lake is for you to enjoy its breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere, as well as for kayaking adventures. All activities in and around the lake are undertaken at risk of the user.
