NO HEATED POOL / KIDDIE POOL • Landscaping: Is done once a week. - SECURITY CAMERAS - For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. • House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit. • Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors.
