Nica X-Treme Beach House is a 3500sq ft home with 4 private casitas with private bathrooms. We are located at Playa Colorado, Nicaragua, one of the best surfing beaches in Central America, we are a 30 second walk out back gate to the beach, beach front bar, volleyball court and beach side restaurant. Surf is located in front of these facilities. You can rent the whole home or individual private casitas. There is a pool in courtyard which faces directly in front of each room. The space We have designed the home as a hotel type setting with privacy, daily cleaning services, full kitchen and dining area. There are 2 homes on property which owner lives in small home Guest access Guests can access pool area, kitchen, high speed Wi-Fi, dining and living room area with 60" big screen tv with satellite services thru SKY TV, movie channels etc.. Palapa sitting area as well as pool sitting area Other things to note We also can provide a full service meal plan that is very high end with private chef at the home, fresh lobster, fish, fillet mignon, shrimp etc.. home made breads, tortillas and desserts. This plan runs $40 per day per person with all groceries and chef included in price, massages, tours, surf lessons, fishing, boat trips as well as 4x4 truck rentals, round trip airport transportation basically we will handle every need all you have to do is show up
