This is our home, we are traveling outside the country at the moment. We have enjoyed cooking dinner and hosting a few friends on our terrace. During your stay, you can contact Max, who is keeping up the apartment, at anytime if you need something (contact information will be provided after booking) or Carmen who keeps the house clean. Bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with Memory Foam mattress (so comfortable) facing to your private terrace, very silence its a great place to rest. Also there is a 42 inch television with cable including many European and American channels. 1 full bathroom with shower/tub and an additional half-bath off living room. 2 A/C and central heating for winter. Amazing private terrace perfect for a romantic dinner or to entertain friends (Max 4). Living room and bedroom look out onto the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. You can use the pool at the roof top of the building, but there is an strict rules about the guest, just one per apartment is allowed. Also there is a laundry room at the building, which Carmen can handle or you need to stick to the instructions of keeping the washing machines clean. Guest access Complimentary weekly maid service. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful open view of Buenos Aires. Other things to note Buenos Aires is building up a bike-system to get traffic under control and bicycle paths are all over the city (and still getting more). So if you want you can explore the city by bike. Most Bike-Stores rent bikes as well. Also the apartment is 2 blocks from Ministro Carranza subway station and train station. And no more than 4 blocks from all buses in Avenida Cabildo and Santa Fe.
