Tiny House on the Elbe

Our beautiful wooden tiny house is just on the Elbe river with unobstructed views of nature. The 35 sqm, modernly furnished living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to relax - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities available. The house is in tiny house park "Elborado". This is currently under construction, which is why we offer a 10% discount on the nightly rate. The space Our tiny house "Horst" is a wooden house built with high quality and ecological materials. Due to the wooden construction and appropriate insulation, Horst can be inhabited all year round and offers a pleasant indoor climate for any weather. On a total of 35 sqm of living space, there is a separate (children's) bedroom, a large living room with kitchen and sofa bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. So Horst is a cozy escape even on rain and winter days. The covered veranda invites you to start the day with a coffee or tea or to end it comfortably with a view of the wide field. The house is surrounded by a small garden, in which you can relax in the hammock or sit by the fire bowl in the evening. Our Tiny Horst is located in the "Elborado Resort" - in the middle of nature in the Urstromtal of the Elbe, in the Biosphere Reserve of Lower Saxony Elbtalaue between Lauenburg, Bleckede and Boizenburg. In the immediate vicinity of the village is the Elbe with small sandy beaches, a natural harbor that can be used for flow-free swimming, the Elbe bike path, and gaaaaanz lots of nature. In the village itself, in addition to many other tiny houses, there is a large parking space, overnight parking for guests and a cafe. Amenities include: Bedroom: 1.50 double bed, plenty of storage, integrated wardrobe, projector for cozy movie nights Living area: panoramic window, sofa bed, coffee table, dresser, small jukebox, mini projector Open kitchen: fold-out dining table with 4 chairs, panoramic views outside, induction hob (2 plates), fridge with frost compartment, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, dishes and utensils for 4 people Bathroom: shower with rain shower head, toilet, underfloor heating, natural light, hair dryer Terrace& garden: southwest orientation, garden furniture, roof of 15 sqm terrace, hammock, fire bowl, garden with lots of greenery and unobstructed views of nature Other: WiFi, parking right in front of the premises (path to the house is about 150 meters), vacuum cleaner, remotely controllable infrared connection in the living room and bedroom Guest access By key box Other things to note Our tiny house is located in a tiny house park that is still under construction. Accordingly, construction work is still taking place on the premises. Our tiny house, including the property, is already fully developed. Since the view from our terrace is into the countryside, the construction site does not pose a direct restriction. To compensate for the fact that the site is not finished yet, we will give you a 10% discount.
