A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog applies. To protect the home, pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Mountain Living & Neighborhood Respect The chalet is located in a peaceful residential community. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, we observe the following: - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. - No Unauthorized Events: Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited. - Policy Enforcement: Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Arrival & Security - Parking: On-site parking is provided. Please refer to your check-in instructions for specific driveway or garage access for this chalet. - Winter Travel: Given the New Hampshire terrain, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended during the winter months. - Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points.
