Step into the #1 guest favorite stay, the Penthouse, where open-concept living meets sophisticated comfort. You’re immediately welcomed into a spacious kitchen, featuring an island and dining table, which leads to the living area with sliding glass doors that open to your expansive private patio. The spacious primary features a spa-like bathroom. The secondary includes a desk and is set next to the second full bath. For up to 6 guests, this is the perfect stay with everything you need and more! We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building. HOUSE RULES: 1. Respect Neighbors - Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM. - No loud music anytime – some guests work from home. 2. Strict - No Smoking of Any Kind - Smoking / vaping of any kind is banned everywhere inside and outside the property. - $100 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if detected. 3. No Parties | Max Guest Limit is 6 People | Zero Tolerance - Security cameras in use and monitored (not inside the apartment) - If authorities are called to escort you out, a $100 law enforcement fee will be charged to your credit card.
