Private one car garage included The space Welcome to Tis the Sea-Sun! The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances. Ample seating at the counter and dining table. Unwind in the open living area. Board games and more to keep you busy when spending the day in unit! There are two ways to access this unit, one by ground floor where the single-car garage is located. There is a stairwell and elevator located close to the garage. The other is the parking lot on either side of the pool. Both sides of the pool have ramps to take you to the walkway, which takes you over to all units. Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so pack light! Each sink in unit will come with hand soap, as well as bath towels , hand, and wash rags. Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge. **Please message to reserve pack n play!** LOCATION: Only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. Very short walk to Fort Clinch. Check out the Sandbar only a short walk away for dinner on/by the beach! The pool and hot tub are all located at the Condo! Salt Life Food Shack is also a close walk away, located in the same proximity as Main Beach. Located 6-8 minute drive from Historic Downtown Fernandina. Located close to Egan's Creek Greenway as well. Rent bikes and ride throughout the 13 miles Amelia Island has to offer! Main beach includes mini golf, two sand volleyball courts, a playground, several picnic shelters, and a multipurpose court perfect for basketball or other games. The park also features a skate park, restroom facilities, outdoor showers, and direct beach access.
