Welcome to Noonya's Nest! This one-of-a-kind retreat boasts a distinctive style all its own. The fully remodeled home features a brand-new sauna, hot tub, and bocce ball court, among many other amenities, ensuring unforgettable experiences. Nestled in the scenic Pine Mountain Lake community, just a half-hour drive from Yosemite's Big Oak Flat entrance, this home is ideally located for you to savor nature's beauty while relaxing in comfort. The space Noonya's Nest is a beautifully remodeled cabin featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all tastefully decorated. After a scenic hike in Yosemite, imagine yourself soaking in the hot tub or relaxing in the sauna. The cabin is equipped with a full-home automatic backup power system, so you never have to worry about power outages. Upon entering through the front door, you'll find a bright living room with impressive vaulted ceilings adorned with lovely knotty pine. The inviting wood-burning fireplace is available for your use (please note that firewood is not provided). With a TV and Sonos sound system, you can easily log into your favorite streaming apps to enjoy your digital content. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, and flatware. You'll also find a variety of kitchen appliances available, including: * Instant Pot * Blender * Air fryer/toaster combo * Drip coffee maker (coffee grounds usually provided) * Keurig (pods included) * Idly maker * Roasting pan, potato masher, baster, and platters for holiday meals Bedding configuration: 1) Upstairs primary suite: One King Bed 2) Main level bedroom 1: One Queen Bed 3) Main level bedroom 2: One Double Bed + 1 Twin Bed + 1 Twin Trundle The home includes a brand-new hot tub and sauna, along with an outdoor shower (seasonal - shut down in the winter) for rinsing off before and after your soak. For your enjoyment, there’s also a bocce ball court conveniently located by the driveway. There is plenty of outdoor seating in the front and side decks to enjoy the outdoors with a propane grill. Know before you book: * Our new landscaping is still in the process of maturing, and since we’re in a residential community, you may have a view of our neighbors from some parts of the property. * Whole-home power back-up via Generac, so you won't lose power or internet when there are power outages. * Free high-speed WiFi via Starlink. * Access to electric vehicle charging (50-amp Leviton car charging 240 volt receptacle) * Washer and dryer available for guest use. * Driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars. * We have a workspace with standing desk and a monitor. * Refrigerator built-in ice maker does not work. We do provide several ice trays. * The cabin is inside a gated community that is subject to gate fees. Please read further for more details. * Hot tub maintenance happens on a weekly schedule and the hot tub might be unavailable for a brief time during your stay. Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the entire house. The home is part of the Pine Mountain Lake community, which is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $50 per vehicle (amount subject to change) guest permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance! Amenities that Pine Mountain Lake is known for: the lake and beaches, swimming and boating, golfing, horseback riding, a large pool, clubhouse and grill, tennis, pickleball, archery range, etc. Note that some of these facilities are seasonal and might have an additional fee associated with it. The lake is private, and only guests and owners can use the lake and its facilities. You may rent fishing, paddle, sailboats, kayaks, and paddleboards at the Marina by the hour or day. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends, so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August if you are interested in boating. Other things to note Cell phone reception may be spotty in the area, but the house does include high-speed internet via Starlink. Please be sure to plan accordingly in case you find yourself in a dead zone. Pets are welcome in this home (maximum 2). Please read the "Additional Rules" section under house rules section for rules regarding pets. We do not maintain the propane for the BBQ. However we will gladly reimburse you the receipt for refill/exchange done from local market (MarVal is located right outside the community)
