The space 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom Cottage on stilts next to the Cacapon River. Exterior: The Home has two Decks to enjoy outdoor living. Front deck has a BBQ grill, table, and propane fire pit, everything you need to enjoy the serene view of the mountain. Back deck has seating for 4 and Hot Tub for your enjoyment. Sit in the hot tub and have your favorite beverage as you keep an eye out for bald eagles looking for their next meal. Under the home we have 2 Kayaks for your river adventures, a Canoe for couples wanting to make the trip together, and in the shed are life jackets and outdoor games. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook away from home. A coffee bar with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, Chemex pour over, goose neck hot water kettle, and tea bags for our tea loving guests. Dining room: Two tables to choose from. A high boy right next to the kitchen and a Dining table with river views. Take your pick of all the fun games to play with your guests. Living Room: Couch that seats up to 3 and two comfy chairs. Complete with a smart tv and blue tooth speaker. Snuggle up on the couch with a cozy blanket or play your favorite song and dance your heart out. PS. If you are a musician and your fingers have the need to play the guitar on the wall, please do! We ask that you keep it inside and be sure to put it back when you are finished. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with memory foam queen beds. Roman shades are black out so you can sleep in if you want to. Sound machines are in each room for those who need them to sleep. Each room is large enough to fit a twin blow up, pack and play, or toddler bed. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms in the home. One large bathroom next to the bedrooms and living room. Second bathroom is next to the dining room. Pet Fee – A fee of $25 per dog, per night applies. Payment must be arranged prior to arrival. 2. Maximum Number of Dogs – A maximum of two (2) dogs are allowed per reservation. 3. Undisclosed Pets – If a dog is brought onto the property without prior notification, the guest will be subject to the nightly pet fee plus an additional $100 fine. 4. Supervision & Responsibility – Dogs must be supervised at all times and should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated. 5. Furniture & Cleanliness – To maintain the cleanliness of our space, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Excessive pet hair, damage, or mess may result in additional cleaning fees. 6. Waste Disposal – Guests must clean up after their pets and properly dispose of waste in designated areas. 7. Noise & Behavior – Please ensure your dog is well-behaved and does not disrupt neighbors with excessive barking. 8. Leash Policy – Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the home for the safety of all guests and wildlife. By booking our Airbnb, you agree to abide by this pet policy. There is a gradual hill to access the river. Our Guests have access to the entire property and river. Other things to note The property is also equipped with an RV power hook up. If your party is traveling in your RV and looking for a place to rest and stretch your legs the property has enough space for you.
