The biggest challenge is deciding which top-rated spot to try first! Our updated apartment is equipped with everything you need for an exceptional stay in Portland. Enjoy comfort and convenience in this beautifully appointed space. Note that there may be noise from neighbors; earplugs and a noise machine are available. Due to space limitations, the water heater has the capacity to fill the tub only halfway before depleting, requiring approximately 30 minutes to reheat. Because of this, we have removed the bathtub portion of this claw foot from our amenities and it is only to be used as a shower. Listing is in an urban setting, inside an apartment building with a bus stop right outside (some transit noise may be audible). Please be aware that street parking requires extra effort due to the density of the surrounding neighborhood There is a shared washer and dryer available on site. This pair of machines is shared with the entire building. 1 - Please remove your shoes when indoors. 2 - Smoking tobacco or marijuana INSIDE is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. 3 - Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. 4 - Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. 5 - Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. 6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. 7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. 8 - Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. 9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. 10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 11 - Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75. 12 - $99/per dog fee, max of 2. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. 13 - Please respect check-in and checkout times.
