In front of the terrace there is a coastal nature reserve, which also has beautifully landscaped paths that invite you to go hiking in nature. Two beaches (Playa de Castro and Playa del Socorro) are within walking distance from the apartment. Large sliding glass doors lead out to a private terrace, where you´re immediately captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. *Terrace* The terrace, your personal sanctuary, is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, a swing and a small dining area and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets. Here you are completely free from street noise and crowds. The sound of the waves gently crashing against the coastline coupled with the singing of tropical birds adds to the serene ambiance, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. *Living room* The entrance area is in the living room with dining area and open kitchen. From the couch you can decide whether to use the television, read a book, or simply enjoy the ocean waves. The kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living area, is equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Even a quick snack in between meals can be warmed up quickly and easily in the microwave. The refrigerator and freezer compartment offer plenty of space for your groceries. The open-plan design ensures that you can still enjoy the beautiful sea view while cooking or dining. *Bedroom* The bedroom is a tranquil haven and has a comfortable 160cm bed, storage space and a window for good ventilation while sleeping. *Bathroom* Adjacent to the bedroom is a modern, well-equipped bathroom that is stocked with all common amenities for your comfort. The washing machine is located in a closet on the terrace, which means that the atmosphere in the apartment is not disturbed even when washing you clothes. On the terrace you will also find a fold-out clothes dryer for drying your clothes. *Surroundings* Located in the middle of the beautiful island of Tenerife, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style and natural beauty, making it the ideal choice for those seeking a tranquil and picturesque coastal living experience. The bus station is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. From there you can also easily travel around the island using the “Titsa” bus app. For those of you who bring a rental car, there is plenty of free parking places at the condominium. The beaches Playa de Castro and del Socorro are within walking distance from the apartment. Playa de Castro is a unique natural wonder with its waterfall and rock formations all around. This beach is only accessible on foot. The hike to the beach takes you through the uniquely beautiful nature reserve. Important information: the beach is only accessible at low tide. Playa del Socorro is one of the most popular beaches on this side of the island, and is accessible both on foot and by car. There you will find all the amenities, including freshwater showers, which make for an extensive beach experience. Despite the natural beauty surrounding the apartment, you are only a few kilometers from Puerto de la Cruz. This city is the third largest city in Tenerife and offers something for everyone, from excellent shopping opportunities to countless cafes and restaurants as well as nightclubs and bars. For quick shopping, there is the “Minimarket San Vicente” situated just 5 minutes walk distance away. Other things to note The terrace is not suitable for small children because of the low wall at the front. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the residential complex.
