Private room near RMIT, Melbourne Uni & the CBD *

Cosy and quiet, Carlton room in a magnificent row of terrace houses on the edge of the CBD. Situated in one of the most vibrant inner-city suburbs in the whole of Australia, you'll be: a five min walk from RMIT, a ten min walk from Melbourne Uni, 200m from glorious Carlton Gardens (home to the Royal Exhibition Building and The Melbourne Museum) and literally on the edge of the CBD. An 8 min walk from either Parliament or Melbourne Central train stations. The space A grand, but slightly faded, two-storey house in a historic row of terraces. Your room has an air conditioner/heater and lockable door. You'll share the kitchen (fridge, kettle, microwave, etc), bathroom, toilets, and laundry (washing machine and dryer) with me and other guests. I live in the main bedroom - at the other end of the house - with my cats (Creamy & Princess). Guest access Kitchen, Laundry, bathroom. Yoga mat & yoga blocks :) Other things to note Please note that I have two gorgeous rag doll cats. They mostly stay in my bedroom/balcony area and, with advance notice, can be restricted to these areas.
