Great Apartment in the Heart of Melbourne's CBD

You will get a private room that will overlook the heart of Melbourne's Central Business District located in the free tram zone right next to RMIT and Melbourne Central train station. The room has a comfortable queen size bed with a writing desk and a window that looks into the beautiful Melbourne downtown skyline. You will have access to a kitchen and a full sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. We have one 3 yro child but her rest time is fixed which is 9 pm - 8 am The space You will have the utmost privacy with a spacious room centrally located in Melbourne. You will have a queen sized bed, a writing desk and a closet to put your belongings. The room is located on the 36th floor and has a window that opens to allow for a gentle breeze. Guest access Guests will have access to a living area with a dining table, a full sized kitchen, and a large bathroom. During your stay I work Monday through Friday during regular working hours but am happy to give recommendations for places to eat and things to see within Melbourne. I am Chinese and am bilingual. Other things to note My daughter is 3 years old now and she go child care centre 1 day a week now and other days go out with grandma if the weather is not too bad. She go to bed around 8-9 pm and wake up around 8am. My mom is here take care of her and welcome guests.
