This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶 The space The house is located in a quiet area, at the end of a small gravel road and only 300m from the beautiful Cocles beach. 4 people can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment. On the large terrace you can watch birds and butterflies or even a sloth, iguana or monkeys. Relax in the hammock and enjoy Life. "Pura Vida!" The first floor is rented longterm to tenants. They have a small dog. Guest access Shower and beach towels, bed linen, fully equipped kitchen including kitchen linen, wireless internet access are included. Access to washing machine and dryer by arrangement. A cot can be provided upon request. Other things to note ***Please note*** Between Christmas, New Year and Easter week, the minimum stay is 4 nights. During this times is absolute Peak Season. Costarican and foreign tourists visit in large number our Caribbean coast. This can lead to increased noise pollution!
