I currently have the fastest residential internet package available from Comcast with download speeds up to 1000Mbps. An outdoor covered deck with an attached fireplace and outdoor seating is available for your enjoyment. Central air conditioning is available for your summer comfort. This is a RARE amenity among Airbnb listings in Washington state, as most housing options, even apartment complexes and other new homes, do not generally come equipped with a central AC system.
