Description
The house is situated in the quiet coastal village of Aberarth, with its meandering river, historic mill and wooded valley. The house is a stones throw from the pebbled/sandy beach. The famous coastal path is also on your doorstep which offers outstanding beauty and views of the stunning Cardigan bay. My home is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. The popular, pretty town of Aberaeron with its picturesque harbour is five minutes away by car and offers resturants, shops and bars. The space A period house built in 1901, boasts a well kept garden, decorated to a high standard with antique furniture and quirky accessories. This is my family home, not a professional holiday let which is only available from April 1st through to end October. A warm and cosy house with full central heating, radiators in every room and a woodburner. Two Bedrooms: One with a double bed and the other with a small double bed. Ground floor: Living room with TV and workspace, fully equipped kitchen and dining room with wood burner. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath (and amazing sea view!). The bath is not operational, strictly shower only. Two spacious bedrooms (both offering limited views of the sea and Cardigan bay). Entertainment: Smart TV in the living room with Netflix and Amazon (so bring your account details!). Outside: Large walled garden laid mostly to lawn, with well kept borders and greenhouse to the rear. Table and chairs for your use. Guest access The whole house is included in your rental, with free on-property parking for one car on the drive (which may be tricky to access for larger vehicles). The garden forms part of your rental, and during spring and summer months, we may pop into the garden (with prior notice) to water and maintain the space. Other things to note I provide tea, coffee and sugar. If you want posh coffee, please bring your own, there is a caffetiere. Please bring milk. There are also a small selection of herbs and spices and a bottle of spray cooking oil. Loo rolls and kitchen roll are also provided.
