Guests have ample, well‑lit parking, along with access to a fenced dog yard. A small seating area beneath a mature dogwood tree offers a peaceful spot to relax. The space This three‑room, single‑story cottage opens into a generous kitchen, with a king‑bedroom with a cozy TV sitting area. A large walk‑in closet and a bright bathroom with washer and dryer make longer stays comfortable. High‑speed Internet is provided through a dedicated router just for this space. The cottage welcomes well‑mannered dogs—up to two without prior approval. For their comfort and yours, dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. A small wooden‑fenced dog yard is reserved for guest use, and local leash laws still apply. A small flock of hens lives in a contained run on the property. They occasionally offer their own commentary, though guests rarely find it disruptive. The small pool on the property is NOT available for guest use. Along the back and side of the land, a deer‑protection fence—marked by an energized wire—defines the woodland edge. If you wander off the maintained paths, you may encounter it. For safety, please assume any electric fence is live. Guest access The property includes this guest house and the owner's house on almost three acres. We (owners) are friendly but appreciate our privacy and will respect yours.
