Cottage in Winston-Salem

It feels like the countryside within city limits on shared property with owners home. The cottage has views of the acre+ woodland behind and a garden in front. Beyond the property there is a Duke Power easement and a ravine. There is ample, well-lit parking and a fenced dog yard. There is a small seating area out front under the shade of a dogwood tree. Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Additional fees will be charged for violation of this rule. The space This 3-room single-floor guest house has a kitchen in a large room, a bedroom with a king-sized bed & sitting area with TV, a huge walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a Washer & Dryer. There is high-speed Internet with WiFi, on a separate router for this house only. There's ample parking space, so let us know if you have a large vehicle, an RV or trailer, or 2 vehicles. The cottage is pet-friendly. Limit two pets without prior approval. Housebroken, well-behaved dogs are allowed. All dogs must be up to date on immunization and flea/tick prevention. There is a small fenced dog yard for guests' use only. Follow local leash laws, please. There are hens in a contained chicken-run on the property. They do make noise on occasion. We have never had complaints but want to be transparent. The small pool on the property is under construction and not available to guests. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access The property includes this guest house and the owner's house on almost three acres. We (owners) are friendly but appreciate our privacy and will respect yours. You can walk your dog around back, or towards the side in the woods. Please pick up, even in the woods. Feel free to use the dog run and the provided waste bags.
