Wake up to ocean views, enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace, and end the day with one of Vallarta’s beautiful sunsets right from your balcony. This cozy 5th-floor condo features a comfortable bedroom, a equipped kitchen, and a bright living area designed for easy vacation living. Just steps from the beach and next to La Isla Shopping Village, you’ll have restaurants, cafés, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach. Spend your days by the pools, on the sand, or exploring Puerto Vallarta, then come home to relax with the sound of the waves in the background. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the complex's common areas. Please wear the bracelets provided inside the unit to access the common areas. Each lost bracelet costs $2,000 MXN. Upon check-out, they must be left in the same place where they were found. Check-in is 4 pm, access before then is not permitted. Check-out is 12 pm, extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. Other things to note ✨ We’re excited to host you! Please review the following information before booking: • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. • All guest IDs must be submitted before arrival, and a Rental Agreement must be signed at check-in. • Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed. • During the rainy season, the nearby river may occasionally affect the beach area next to the condominium. • Please help us respect the community: no smoking, parties, events, pets, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. • Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning resulting from their stay. • Wristbands must be returned at check-out. Lost wristbands incur a $2,000 MXN replacement fee. • Exterior security cameras are present for guest and property safety. • Pack n’ Play, highchair, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and additional cleaning services are available upon request. • Parking spaces are compact and will not accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
