Calling all Cowboys and Cow gals! Round up your group to stay in this private Hot Tub home on 20 acres. One level home with 3 Bedrooms/2 Full Baths. Sleeps 10. Relax, or play! Electric Game Table includes Pool, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Roulette and Poker. Enjoy the turntable with the albums we provide, or bring your own! Team up with Country Hot Tub Hideaway (next door on 40 acres) for larger families or groups. A Stargazer's paradise. 20 minutes from Borrego Springs. Total Privacy in nature! The space Super private home in all directions! Nice tree and Mountain Views. Master bedroom includes a King bed, roll away twin bed and Pac-N-Play. Master bath has "Jacuzzi" tub w jets. 2nd bedroom has a King bed with a twin bunkbed and a twin trundle. Desk, chair and closet. 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin trundle and closet. Living Room and also Family Room both have leather sofas with 2 full recliners each. Full Chef's kitchen- we probably have what you need. Reach out with any questions on amenities. Full-sized washer and dryer. Central heat, A/C and fans in every room. The Hot Tub can hold 10 (more or less) A 4-wheel-drive vehicle would be required in extreme rainy or snowy weather. Low cars are not recommended as of now. Tesla owners should use Apple Maps, Not Tesla maps. Bring your pets along – they’re part of the family! (with additional $40 fee/stay, 2 pets max.) Guest access Entire house on 20 acres. Dirt roads connect at the gate to our next property at Country Hot Tub Hideaway (on its own 40 acres). If staying in Country Cowboy the property line is at the little gate South of the house- it has a do not enter sign. If staying at both properties, continue through the gate to Country Hot Tub Hideaway. 60 acres of outdoor adventure if booking both properties simultaneously! Other things to note In extremely rainy and snowy weather you will need a 4-wheel-drive vehicle. Low profile vehicles are not encouraged. If you are coming out with a Tesla, please do not use Tesla Maps. They will direct you to the wrong address. NOTE: - Early check in fee of $25 per hour by request if available. Guests who overstay past 11:00Am will be charged $50 per hour (unless granted late check out by host before 11:00 AM) -Pet fee of $40 (2 max) is additional if bringing pets - While our property is professionally treated for pests on a regular basis, please note that due to our peaceful rural setting, occasional sightings of insects or critters may occur. This is a natural part of being in a remote, nature-rich environment. We maintain high cleanliness standards and respond promptly to any concerns during your stay. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that critter-related encounters do not qualify for refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
