The backyard is a true sanctuary with a stunning 4 foot pool SLIDE, tiki bar, flat screen TV with plenty of patio space to play, entertain, relax, and enjoy the Florida sun. The space BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King bed, private bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 3: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 4: Two Twin beds, shared bathroom with shower. LIVING ROOM includes a large sectional sofa with and 50” flat screen Roku TV to make a relaxing evening with the family. FOOSBALL table and AIR HOCKEY table available for more fun! GAME ROOM includes a loveseat sofa with a pull-out QUEEN size bed. Large Flat Screen TV available with a an XBOX and WII game system plus board games and a CHALK WALL! KITCHEN is fully stocked with dishware, cookware and utensils. Keurig Coffeemaker (coffee, tea and creamer provided!) and air fryer also included. Other appliances include a Gas stove, microwave and refrigerator with water and ice maker. POOL: The pool area includes a in-ground swimming pool (8 feet deep in the deep end) and surrounding deck that has pool toys and three lounge chairs to catch some of Florida's sun rays. 4 FT tall pool slide located on deep end of pool. Pool is not heated. Adult supervision required - use at your own risk. The door leading to the pool has a child safety doorknob cover. In the PATIO area, you will have a TIKI BAR with a sink plus a propane GRILL that is also available to use plus a dining table and other comfortable seating. Backyard is fenced in all around the property. The pool does not have a heater but it is warm almost year-round. Please note: the door leading to the pool from inside the home has a child safety device. The GARAGE is has been converted to a studio suite that hosts Airbnb guests. This garage suite is completely blocked off from the main house and does not share ANY spaces with your Airbnb. PARKING available in the driveway for up to 4 cars. The rock parking space is reserved for the suite guests. Other things to note Quiet hours are after 10pm nightly. Please respect our neighbors! NO parties allowed - additional guests must be approved by hosts. $75 pet fee per stay. Please note: pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. Pets must be picked up after outside. Additional cleaning fees will apply for excess hair or pet stains. Additional cleaning fee for pet clean up: $50 If pet hair found in pool, $250 for chemical imbalance and pool pump repair. Propane is provided for the grill and please make sure to brush grates after each use. Early check-in may be available for your stay. Please message us if you would like to arrive earlier than 4pm.
