By booking your stay with us you agree to these rules and charges. IMPORTANT RULES for HOT TUB and COWBOY POOL ● Proper Hygiene is important. We kindly request all guests to shower, and avoid using bodily oils, lotions, or other products that can affect water quality in the spa. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. ● Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. ● Proper swim attire is required in the pool and spa. ● Diving is not allowed in the pool or spa. ● Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● No Food, or eating or drinking (except water) is permitted in the pool. ● Running or rough play is not permitted in the pool area to prevent accidents. ● Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or cover. ● Please heat the hot tub with cover on and avoid the urge to add hot water from the stove, it will damage the hot tub ● No Flotation Devices allow in the pool. ● Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the pool and hot tub area. ● No Splashing. Do not splash water outside the spa to maintain a safe walking surface. ● No Jumping. Jumping into or out of the spa and pool is prohibited. ● Please leave spa covers on and secured after use. Spa cover is for insulation only and is not designed to support weight. ● Additionally, there is no safety net or cover for children. Please ensure proper supervision at all times for the safety of young guests. ● Respect Others: Treat fellow guests with respect and maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. POOL & SPA SERVICE - The hot tub and pool is serviced every Monday and Thursday by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. * Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. * Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
