Composition of the villa: - 4 bedrooms (including 2 bedrooms that have their own private bathroom) - 1 bedroom with balcony that can be used as a 5th bedroom as the sofa can be converted into a double bed - 1 living room with a large TV (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV) - 1 dining room with 1 large fully equipped open kitchen - 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets - 1 large garden (200 m2) with private pool + outdoor shower - 1 garden furniture - 1 shaded outdoor dining area - Parking - 1 foldable baby bed, suitable for babies up to 2 years old Guest access Just a 20-minute drive or taxi ride away, you can reach Dubai Marina, La Palme or JBR, the most famous beach in the city. Dubai's main attractions are also within 30 minutes. Taxis are available quickly: a driver can pick you up in front of the villa in less than 5 minutes. Self check-in or in-person check-in depending on arrival time Other things to note The cleaning lady/nanny (who has been with our family for 3 years and is wonderful) lives in a separate accommodation from the villa, with 1 separate entrance. She can provide cleaning of the villa, laundry, cooking (and childcare on request). 4 hours are offered each day and then it is 30 AED per hour (7.50 EUR/h) Essential kits: We provide a free set of basic amenities, including soaps, shower gels, shampoos, toilet paper and detergents.
