The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is well located, close to stunning beaches and everything that the West Coast of Barbados has to offer. The Villa is safely tucked away behind electric gates in the community of Heron Court. Upon entering the Villa, you step into a charming open plan living, dining area and kitchen with full air conditioning. All furnishings and fittings are of the highest standard. The property is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The space The Villa has an open plan living, kitchen and indoor dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with the necessary utensils required for your holiday cooking. There is an oven, cook top, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and steamer, iron and ironing board. Housekeeping is provided every fourth day and all towels and linens are included. There are four TVs within the Villa, one in each bedroom and another equipped with a soundbar in the living area. Cable TV is installed and there are books and DVDs for your entertainment. High speed Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the Villa. Outside, through the patio doors you will find another dining and living area, the plunge pool (13ft x 13ft), a BBQ on the deck along with manicured, westerly facing gardens. Here you can enjoy al fresco dining. The Villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms each with a ceiling fan. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space and a walk-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is on the lower level. This bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom facilities, w/c & shower. The two additional bedrooms are upstairs. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a combination tub/shower, “his & hers” sink & w/c. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. The upper level is also home to a fully equipped laundry room (with an extra fridge/freezer). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, garden and pool. Other things to note In addition to your booking fee, an additional amount (10% of the booking fee) will be collected separately for the Barbados mandatory stay tax.
