Welcome to our cozy attic penthouse, very close to the Vatican Museums! A living room, two bedrooms, a charming bathroom, and a terrace to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Eternal City, whether you're traveling with friends or family. Perfect for couples, families or friends. The non-adjacent rooms guarantee excellent privacy. Convenient location for famous monuments, iconic churches, the Foro Italico, the Olympic Stadium, and the Opera di Roma, all accessible by metro. At the house, you will find a calm and comfortable environment! The space The attic, located on the top floor of an elegant building from the early 1900s, will hit you with the extreme brightness that fills the entire apartment with positive energy. TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT you can reach the 4th floor with the elevator and then you have to walk a flight of stairs of 10 steps to access the terrace floor, where our charming apartment is located. The real strong point is SILENCE! The penthouse does not overlook the street, but towards the inside from which you can enjoy the view of the Vatican Museums and the seagulls, which fly in the Sky of Rome! So, despite being in a very central area, you won't feel the sounds of the city. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living area with kitchen and a full bathroom with a bathtub, in Mexican style with wonderful original tiles. The living area is furnished with a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and each useful tool for cooking, as well as a table that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom consists of a double bed and a large Japanese-style wardrobe. The second room, which will strike you for its warm and enveloping colors, is equipped with a double sofa bed, and will also be used as a relaxation area or workspace. The rooms are not close, they are located on the opposite sides of the apartment (the bathroom and living area are in the center of the apartment), which guarantees maximum discretion even when traveling in couples of friends. The large outdoor space is equipped with a table with four chairs where you can relax, have breakfast, lunch or dinner! If you prefer, you can relax in the outdoor armchair, sunbathe, read a good book or plan the visits you want to make during your stay in Rome! Our home will be the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset and relax after a day around the city! A real rooftop retreat!
