The space The apartment comprises a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, a double bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with shower. The rooms have large windows overlooking the courtyard of the building and provide plenty of natural light. The apartment includes a TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The space All the furnishings and accessories are new, and the linens are of excellent quality. • LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN: The welcoming, spacious, and bright living area features a comfortable, large sofa bed, a smart TV (with access to Netflix and Prime Video), and air conditioning. Fiber-optic Wi-Fi is also available, perfect for work or play. An elegant wooden table (extendable) will comfortably accommodate your meals; there is also a new, modern kitchen, well-organized, and equipped with new appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine with pods, kettle, and various utensils. • DOUBLE BEDROOM: Very spacious and bright, it features a double bed, a comfortable armchair, a vanity unit, and a large closet. The air-conditioned room is equipped with a Smart TV (with access to Netflix and Prime Video). The comfortable king-size mattress (class 1 medical device) will ensure a peaceful night's sleep. BATHROOM: Consisting of a comfortable shower and complete bathroom fixtures with a backlit mirror and ventilation system. Other things to keep in mind The apartment is located on the first floor with an elevator (although you have to push the elevator to the second floor because the ground floor is raised) and is well-connected via the metro line B (Colosseo stop) and the bus stop located right in front of the building entrance. For those traveling by car, there are paid parking spaces in the area (blue lines) costing €1 per hour or €4 for 8 hours. However, with a little luck, you may find a free parking space (white lines) in the immediate vicinity. Guest Access The apartment has independent access via a Smart Lock, so you can enter at any time after 3:00 PM, as per check-in instructions (all information will be provided immediately after booking and in any case before your stay). The apartment is at your complete disposal. Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and alarms. The house is equipped with a gas/smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The apartment is located in a building where other residents live, so the utmost respect for other residents is required: please avoid noise, loud music, shouting, etc. during your entire stay, especially during the quiet hours established by the condominium rules (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM).
