The penthouse is located in Feldmeilen, directly on Lake Zurich with a terrace and panoramic lake view. Right across the street there is a small park with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The penthouse is 20 mins from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. A restaurant and grocery stores are 3 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am. The space The apartment is on the fourth floor of the house and offers four separate bedrooms, a living room with an open plan kitchen and an adjactent open room. The living room has two bed-sofas. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with tub/shower and one guest toilet. There is a large terrace with seating area and fantastic panoramic view over lake Zurich. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and bedroom 2, 3 & 4 have two single beds each. Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater etc. Free internet WLAN and cable TV is available. Free parking on premises available. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Guest access The key is located in a key box outside of the building and you can check-in and check-out yourself. We will send you detailed instructions and the code 2 days prior to your arrival.
