The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the modern furnishings of the apartment will win you over. From the living room, you can exit onto the furnished south-facing terrace. A flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The pull-out double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) offers two more people a comfortable place to sleep. The floor is covered with laminate. In the bedroom you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe for your travel utensils. Here, too, the floor is laid out with laminate. Curtains on the windows provide adequate privacy and sun protection. A Hauck travel cot for the little ones is also available. The large kitchenette, which is tiled, is equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and much more. The shower room is tiled. A maximum of one pet is allowed in this non-smoking apartment! Your car you can park in the underground parking (max. height 2 meters), and there is also a bicycle cellar. The complex also has Wi-Fi (no guarantee), an elevator, coin washing machines and coin dryers (shared use). Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating. Guest access We will provide you with a key to open the underground garage, the main entrance and the apartment door. Other things to note Linens and towels are not included, but can be rented for a fee (without covers). Please inform us immediately after booking if you need bed linen/towels. We also provide a shuttle service. For €50.00, we will pick you up from the train station (Grevesmühlen/Wismar) and bring you back to the train station on the day of departure. The booking must be requested 10 days before the start of the trip. The visitor's tax is billed separately.
