The kitchen has everything you need. It is cozy, the views, and the location are perfect. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space You'll love to stay at my place because it has everything you would need in a home. It has AC and Hot(warm) water. The kitchen has a CARICO Water Filtration System, coffee maker among others. It has a King-size Sofa bed in the area shared with the Kitchen where 3 people can fit. Wifi is included and for an additional fee Pre-paid Direct TV. Photocopy of Passport/ID will be required during Check-in. When making the reservation, it is necessary that you send photos of the identifications of ALL the guests. This is NOT at the entrance, it is BEFORE the day of entry, and it is sent through the Airbnb platform. Management requires that we email copies/photos of all guest IDs to secure entry at the gate on the day of check-in. Without this, security will NOT allow you to enter the property and we WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. They require it for the registration and security of all residents.
