Escape to our serene 3 BHK newly launched villa near Nandi Hills, featuring a private swimming pool and stunning, unobstructed best views of the Nandi Hills, and a lake. Spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and airy bathrooms with skylights enhance the sense of openness. The 2nd floor sit-out also offers breathtaking views, perfect for relaxation. The villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature, ideal for a peaceful retreat away from the city. Please refer "Other things to note" below. The space The villa is in a secured gated community at the foothills of Nandi with stunning views of hills. The place is ideal for large groups, families, couples and groups for a weekend get away and just 1.5 hours from Bangalore. Guest access The entire villa can be used by guests under one reservation. Property is not shared with other guests. Other things to note The property is a private villa and only one reservation is taken at a time for the entire villa. Maximum occupancy is 16–20 guests. Pricing is based on number of guests in the reservation. House Rules and Important Information: 1. Please note that bookings for Fridays require a minimum of 8 guests to be confirmed. For Saturdays and long weekends, a minimum of 10 guests is necessary for confirmation. Sundays require a minimum booking of 6 guests. Reservations with fewer guests than these minimums will not be confirmed and may be subject to cancellation. 2. Swimming Pool Usage: Entry to the pool shall be restricted to persons without proper swimsuit. Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool and pool area. 3. Check-In and Check-Out: 2 p.m. and 11 a.m. 4. Cook Services: We have an in-house cook and provide food at an extra cost. While guests are welcome to use the refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, cooking by guests themselves is generally discouraged. 5. Narcotics or Drugs: Narcotics or illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within the premises. 6. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and the covered area. 7. Please refrain from playing loud music or making noise before 6 p.m. and after 10 p.m. 8. Charges for Additional Guests (beyond those specified in the booking): a. Additional guests will be charged at Rs. 2000 per person. b. Visiting guests are permitted until 10 p.m. and will be charged Rs. 750 per guest. If visiting guests stay beyond 10 p.m., a full charge of Rs. 2000 per guest will apply. c. Accommodation for drivers will be charged at Rs. 750 per day, and for house helps at Rs. 1000 per day.
