Located below our main living quarters, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private suite is perfect for your Denver adventure—whether you’re exploring the city, visiting the mountains, attending a Red Rocks concert, or working remotely. Location - Situated in central Edgewater, our home is just minutes away from some of the best attractions and activities: - Sloan's Lake Park (~1 mile): Enjoy a scenic walk, paddleboarding, or a relaxing picnic by the lake. - Edgewater Beer Garden (~.5 miles): Enjoy our favorite Beer Garden with delicious craft beers, food, and a relaxed outdoor setting. - Edgewater Public Market (~.6 miles): Savor a variety of culinary delights, shop for unique items, and enjoy local entertainment. - Downtown Denver (~15-minute drive): Explore museums, theaters, shopping districts, and an array of dining options. - Red Rocks Amphitheatre (25-minute drive): Experience world-renowned concerts in a breathtaking natural setting. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire guest suite. Access to the space is granted through a separate front entrance (below the main entrance). Parking is available in the driveway for one vehicle. Please avoid parking on the street. Other things to note Please note that this is a shared space. The listing is a garden-level suite located beneath the main living quarters where my husband and I reside. While we strive to maintain a quiet environment and walk softly, some noise from our daily routines may be heard. Additionally, please note that A/C and heat are controlled from the main house upstairs, and there is not a separate thermostat in the Airbnb. To keep our guests comfortable, we provide portable heaters and a window A/C unit int the summer. If the temperature ever feels off, just send us a quick message!
