The space Seventeenth-century villa with swimming pool, located in Erbusco, on the Milan-Venice axis, between Lake Iseo and Lake Garda, in the heart of the Franciacorta vineyards with its renowned cellars (Ca' del Bosco, Bellavista etc.) not far from the charming cities of art such as Bergamo, Brescia, Parma, Piacenza, Verona, Mantua, Padua and Venice. The Villa is accessed by a private gate that leads to a large open space, surrounded by beds of hydrangeas and roses, in front of the porch of the house with a view from above on the vineyard of the property. The private pool (m15x7) is located in the garden at the back of the Villa. The villa is built over three floors. On the ground floor, overlooking the porch and the back garden, there is the large living room, the library room, the 2 adjacent dining rooms and two sitting/ study rooms. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture, bookcases and a piano, and equipped with large fireplaces. It is completed by a large kitchen equipped with all the dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses and appliances such as dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and the necessary to prepare any meal for all the guests of the house.
