We are very centrally located; 15 minutes to downtown; 10 minutes to Metrotown; 15 minutes to Richmond.; and 30 minutes to the north shore. Close to many prime locations,bus routes, skytrain, airport and transportation! Many supermarkets and Asian restaurants around within 5 minutes driving distance. The space The Space We will make sure that our living space is spotless and fully sanitized upon your arrival. Highlights of our suite includes: 1) Fully private entrance and living space. You will not be sharing any entrances or any rooms with anyone. This Laneway house unit is situated at the back of the property (has back-lane access and 1 parking spot right behind the Lane Way) 2) Three spacious bedrooms with two queen size beds and one double bed. We can easily accommodate groups of 3to 6 to our generous bedroom sizes and living space. 3) Peaceful and quiet area. Guests will have full privacy and it will be mutual to honour a 10pm quiet time policy. Guest access Unit is offered while host is away so guest have access to entire Laneway home. There is a main house which is not part of listing. Please do not bother peoples living in the main house. Other things to note Our place is very conveniently located with many restaurants and supermarkets that is within 5 minutes drive. Fraserview golf course is only 5 minute drive from our property. Getting around and exploring Vancouver and the surrounding area is very very convenient. We are not on one of the main street and the Laneway house is in the back so it is very quiet and peaceful after a long day of exploring.
