The space This newly, renovated and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a classic gothic quarter building. The master bedroom has built-in closets, and the second single bedroom has a raised bed with a table and chair to read and write. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and opens to the dining and living area. A special feature is a private roof terrace directly above the apartment. To reach the terrace it is necessary to take the stairway, however the terrace is exclusive for the apartment’s use. It is located on the third floor. Please note there is no elevator, which is common in buildings in this neighborhood. It is equipped with Fiber optic high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Other things to note Given the ongoing Covid-19 situation we want to make it clear that this apartment is professionally managed and cleaned.
