The Guest House at Waverly Farm

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful county house. Enjoy a free farm tour with our staff to meet the sheep, goats, horses, and friendly barn cats; have coffee on the back porch to watch the sunrise or drinks on the front porch to watch the sunset while the kids play on the playset; go on a fishing trip with farm staff; cook something fabulous in our amazing kitchen; or just relax and enjoy some fresh air and quiet in the country. The space The house has covered front and back porches with ceiling fans and a grill, an outdoor play structure, a fire pit, and outdoor games, so you can enjoy the great outdoors. Inside, there’s a huge kitchen with beautiful views and all the essentials you need for country cooking, a large dining room to seat 10, and a cozy reading nook near the dining room picture window. The main floor also includes a living room with TV, chess table, and full-sized sofa bed, a full bath, washer/dryer, and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms - a queen room, a room with two twin beds, and the master suite with a king bed - and two full baths. There are views of the farm from every angle and books, toys, and supplies for kids (including a pack n play, toddler floor mat, and high chair). Guest access Guests enjoy self-check in with a key code. Other things to note Guests are welcome to access the main farm with our farm staff - see horses, goats, sheep, and pet the friendly barn cats, or go on a fishing or hiking excursion.
