The separate bedroom and living area provide comfortable spaces for rest and everyday living. • Bedroom The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and elegant furniture, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. • Living area and balcony The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with channels. From here, guests can step directly onto the balcony with a beautiful view of the Danube, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. • Kitchen and dining area The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator (small, no freezer), oven, electric cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and tableware. A coffee machine is not available. The dining area is located next to the kitchen. • Bathroom The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer. A washing machine and dryer are also available for longer stays. • Comfort and amenities The apartment features a ceiling cooling and heating system, providing a pleasant indoor temperature year-round. An iron and ironing board are also provided. • Shared facilities and parking Guests can enjoy free access to the gym and sauna within the Metrodom River complex. Guest access This is a fully equipped apartment, with everything you need, including a sauna and gym, the complimentary parking is provided in the underground garage beneath the building. Other things to note Please note that with booking this apartment you accept our houserules: -check-in is at 3 PM -check-out is at 10 AM -no partying -no smoking -you can't make loud noise from 10 PM to 8AM -we provide one towel/guest (more if the reservation lasts longer than a week) -It's forbiden to take any provided amenities from the apartment(including the towels). If the guest violates this policy they will have to pay a demage deposite, especially if what they took gets demaged. FREE PARKING AVAILABLE UPPON REQUEST! Feel free to inform me if you require airport transfer services. Kindly note that I collaborate with a company that supplies fresh linens, and the quantity available at my apartment is as specified. Kindly let me know beforehand if you plan to arrive with a baby and require a high chair, baby cot, or baby tub.
