(See our other listings) A unique country cottage estate in Prince Edward County – located in a historic building that was formerly a Girl Guide Camp. Truehouse is a one-of-a-kind place to stay! Enjoy the large kitchen, cozy dining area, and a quaint library inside, plus ample outdoor space. The space This listing is for the FIRST FLOOR – which has 4 bedrooms and 10 beds and sleeps up to 10 people. The whole house has 10 bedrooms, with 16 beds, and can sleep up to 22 people. Truehouse was formerly a Girl Guide Camp so some things are shared "camp-style". Each floor has it's own dedicated washroom, with 3 toilets, 2 showers & 4 sinks with mirrors. We also have a large fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area that can seat up to 28 people, and a little library with a lounge in the common room. Outside we have several big grassy lawns, outdoor seating, a bbq, a fire pit, and even a private nature trail that leads to our very own beaver pond. Immerse yourself in nature, without being too far away from town (Picton). Guest access This listing is for a semi-private booking of the first floor of the house – you may share the common spaces and property with another group. The house manager lives at the far end of the property and is on duty at all times during bookings and ready to assist with any questions or needs you may have. During your stay We prioritize your comfort and privacy while ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay. Our house manager will be there to welcome you, provide keys, and answer any questions you may have. He lives at the far end of the property and is available throughout your stay, if needed.
