Other things to note 1 - Bring bed linens (double and single), towels, pillows and blankets. 2 - An inspection will be carried out on the date of entry and exit from the property. If any damage to the property/furniture is identified during the stay, the guest will be responsible for payment before leaving the property. 3 - We do not rent to parties, youths/groups of friends, or excursions. 4 - The property must be delivered in the same state of conservation and cleanliness in which it was received. 5 - One more night or daily rate(s) is paid separately, as are extra guests, as long as previously advised to the host. 6 - No loud noise. 7 - We do not charge a cleaning fee or a pool cleaning fee.
