[Local Context] Our home is located in a vibrant inner-city area near pockets of natural habitats. During warmer months in Sydney (spring and summer), it’s possible to occasionally see common city insects, including cockroaches. This is a natural occurrence influenced by seasonal weather and the nearby environment, and is not a reflection of cleanliness. The property is regularly cleaned and professionally pest-managed, and we take preventative measures year-round. However, unlike purpose-built hotels, residential buildings may occasionally experience this despite best efforts. To help, please avoid leaving open food out and regularly empty the bins in your room, as they can attract insects seeking food and cool shelter. ➡ Our studio is located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building, there is a large window for natural light but the view to the ground is nothing special. ➡ The studio bathroom features a foldable door, which means it's not completely soundproof. While it's perfectly functional, the level of privacy may be better suited for couples rather than friends travelling together, please consider this when booking. ➡ The toilet area has a snug design, that reflects its unique heritage character of the building. While it's compact and may feel a little tight for some guests, we hope you will appreciate the charm and history it brings to the space. ➡ PARKING - Being in the heart of the city is quite limited in space. Unfortunately, we don't have designated parking space but there is free street parking available nearby. There may be some time limits or restrictions, so just keep an eye out for any signage. *Limited to 1-hour between 8AM-10PM *NO time limit from 10PM - 8PM ➡ LATE CHECK-OUT at 11AM Available at service fee of $45AUD if you notified us more than 24-hours before check out time. ➡ NO BAG STORAGE AFTER CHECK-OUT We unfortunately do not have a secure space for bag storage after check-out.
