Historic 1910 cottage with 120' flat beach waterfront. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. Giant open-air porch with picnic table that seats 12-14. Dock, swim raft, hammock, large yard. Very private and quiet cove. This is a family-friendly location. Very rustic but very comfortable for summer vacations, fishing trips or wine country exploring, or an artist retreat. Heated downstairs bedroom. Other areas heated with space heaters. The space This home was built by my Great Grandfather in 1910. He owned a saw mill and cut all the lumber used to build it himself. It is furnished downstairs with antiques from the period. Downstairs bedroom newly remodeled with wood floor built-in closet, ceiling fan and heat. Perfect artist get-away. Peak summer rentals must be at least 7 days and always booked up 1 year in advance. Great opportunity for June and September rentals at a bargain price. Guest access 127' of the most beautiful shoreline in the Finger Lakes region. Wonderful swimming in summer. A 400' deep grassy yard great for hammock naps, croquet, bocce and games. Other things to note This is a family friendly, very private flat beach location with no stairs between the cottage and the water. It is also very rustic (no washer, dishwasher, or AC). Its great for families with up to 8 people. Not good for wedding parties, bridal showers, bachelor parties, frat reunions or large groups.
