This apartment is 5 blocks from Praia das Dunas and 5 minutes from Praia do Forte. The apartment is very well equipped, the kitchen offers all the items, has air-conditioning in every room, a great leisure area, which includes two swimming pools, barbecue area, game and party room and toy library. Everyone is welcome and will certainly feel very settled in ! The space The apartment is well divided, equipped and comfortable. We have Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small balcony with a small table, benches and a hammock. We have several necessary and useful kitchen utensils. There is a private parking space. Guest access We offer internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV, as well as a service with the building's concierge who can assist you in using the leisure area and other requests or tips about the region and how to get to the main points. Other things to note Small pets are welcome. There are rules for the use of the condominium's common spaces that must be observed and that can be accessed at the building's entrance.
