Welcome to my house at Bintang Fairlane Residence which located center of Bukit Bintang area! ^^ My house is a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment supported with 100Mbps High Speed WIFI. The space is suitable for family and friends travelling or working at home (WFH). My house is walkable to many attractions such as Pavilion, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, The Exchange TRX and so on. You can enjoy the night life along Alor Street and chill in coffee house such as Starbucks and Coffee Bean. The space You will have the entire private place to yourself during the stay and it is not sharing with others :) You will be using access card to take the building lift to my place. My place has: - 1 Queen sized bed - Separated living hall and bedroom - Basic kitchen appliances (eg. plates, cups, spoons, forks and so on) - Electric induction cooker and microwave provided for cooking - Water heater for shower - TV Streams like Netflix and YouTube Guests are free to access outdoor swimming pool which located inside building. Indoor gym room can be access by tenants who staying more than 30days only. Guest access Guess are free to access and enjoy facilities inside building such as: - Outdoor infinity rooftop pool - Gym room (only tenants who can stay more than 30days can use it) - Viewing platform at rooftop (can saw KLCC tower, KL tower and The Exchange TRX) - Netflix inside unit - YouTube inside unit Nearby residence can reach to: - 7-Eleven convenient store (next to lobby) - Bukit Bintang MRT station - Bukit Bintang monorail station - Lot 10 - Fahrenheit 88 - Pavilion Kuala Lumpur - Starhill Gallery - The Exchange TRX - Sungei Wang Plaza Other things to note 1) Kindly turn off electricity when not using 2) Quiet hours after 10pm 3) No smoking and vaping inside the unit, but you can smoke at rooftop open air 4) Pets are strictly not allowed inside building 5) Drugs are strictly not allowed inside building 6) Gym is only usable for long-term stay (>30 days) guests, but swimming pool is free to access for any guest 7) Kindly leave the place clean and tidy after checked-out There would have penalty charges if: - Lost key/card, penalty charges: RM200 - Damages/Lost things in room, penalty charges is based on the objects
